Nokia X finally rolled out in India for Rs. 8599

Nokia X, which is one of the most awaited handsets of 2014 Q1, has finally been launched into the Indian markets by the company. This Nokia phone operates on the Nokia X software platform which is based on AOSP. It has been tagged at a price of Rs. 8599. Nokia X features a 4 inch IPS LCD display screen which is capable of offering 480×800 pixels of resolution count. On the rear end of this phone is a 3.15 MP snapper but as of now, there is no word about the front facing shooter. As far as the processor is concerned, a dual core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor is installed inside and is clocked at 1 GHz. This processor is further coupled with a 512 MB RAM space. Nokia X is bundled up with 4 GB of on-board memory and this can be extended up to 32 GB through the micro SD card facility. Fuelling this handset is a 1500 mAh battery which can deliver 13 hours of talk time. The connectivity options offered are GPRS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, EDGE, GPS, USB 2.0 port and 3.5 mm headphone jack. Those interested in this phone can purchase it in multiple colours- black, cyan, red, yellow and white.
